You Did It! (Alece’s Computer Fund)
I am so blown away how so many of you came together to raise funds for Alece’s new computer. You did it. This morning, I ordered it!!!
So, here are a few details…
We raised $1700 Total. 35 separate Donations were made. That’s almost $50 a piece. And we did it in less than 2 weeks.
So, from the bottom of my heart…Thank you!

I have been so blown away watching so many of you get involved with this fundraiser! I want to say thank you, so much!
If you have not gotten to know Alece or Thrive Africa yet, please take a moment to do so.
I have been asked, by many of you, how we are doing with progress. Well, we are very close.
As of know…
-20 individuals have given at and average of $50 a person!
-Over $1000 has been donated!
-We’ve had an individual gift of $250!
-We have people selling baked goods and possibly even a publishing of childrens books, to raise money.
As you can see, this has been awesome. So where are we? We still have about $600 to raise. This money then gets us into a computer, the software needed and insurance for the computer for Alece’s travels and trips around the country and to Africa. And, Alece’s old computer will be repurposed for Thrive Africa. Any extra funds given, will be donated directly to Thrive’s Impact South Africa campaign.
