I don't quite know what it is yet, and I'm still bogged down with the social networking sites I already use--is Posterous anything special or just a way to link different feeds into one place? I really enjoy the photo gallery that is created when more than one picture is uploaded. I've wished for the ability to send more than one pic at a time from my iphone to posterous so the gallery can be created without having to connect the phone to my computer. I haven't played around with the new iphone app, but I think it addresses this issue. I also really really REALLY wish I could add descriptions to multiple pics, send them to posterous where they form a gallery, and in flickr or facebook the descriptions stay with the pics. As far as I can tell, it doesn't work that way. If you add descriptions to multiple pics, each pic forms a separate post on posterous. But still... I mostly like it.
