That was better than what was on tv tonight! I was gasping along with Tam as the salt, garlic and pepper was thrown in! I may have to try the recipe some time.

ok people… the recipe is simple.
ground beef
tomato soup
cream of mushroom soup
onion
plain bread crumbs
minced garlic
black pepper
kosher salt
worcestershire sauce
milk
rice
egg
combine soups, some garlic, some worcestershire sauce, some milk, some salt and some pepper in a bowl. transfer to large pot.
combine beef, fine chopped onion, garlic, some bread crumbs, an egg or two, some rice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. form balls. brown balls in a frying pan (using whatever non-stick method you prefer, olive oil works well). keep in frying pan just long enough to brown, then transfer to pot with sauce.
cook one hour on low, stirring (gently) frequently.
serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
