I’m so excited…
Today, my buddy Joshua is coming to town. And then, tomorrow, Mandy will be here.
Our house has been full of friends from the blog world in the past and I am so pleased that it will happen again.
What are we going to do?
Hangout, eat, record music, take photos, anything.
This should be a blast. I am sure I’ll have twitpic’s to post and maybe an occasional video.
How many of you have hung out with “online” friends before???
I went to Hallie’s house (http://fromtherubberroom.com) and now we are BFF’s. Kind of. Her living in CT makes it a little hard to hang out, but it was definitely a great experience.
I’m mainly here to see if you might go over to http://audreycaroline.blogspot.com/ to help out there with a video they’re trying to post but can’t. She may have already received other assistance, but I figured if you could post the whole Christmas Eve service video, you’d know how to help with her problem.
While I’m here though, re: your question,

I used to with a couple, on at least a weekly basis (before they were even ‘online’), but haven’t much for a very long time now.
Life brings changes, doesn’t it, and it seems ‘hanging IN with’ poses a lot more challenges than ‘hanging OUT with’. God desires both for all His children I believe, and I hope I’m being faithful to that as He directs (even if only ‘online’).

Oh, don’t I wish I could hang out with my “online” friends. Especially the ones who don’t really feel like “online” friends. It’s sad not being able to actually speak to them face to face.

Carrie, the distance thing can be a bummer. we have so many friends that are far away.
D, I sent her my email earlier if she’d like to trouble shoot the problem. i will go over to the blog and give it their as well to make sure. And, i think that intent is everything. he knows our heart. Whether it is online or not. Being faithful is truly key.

It sure is ‘building the suspense’ of what the video’s about though, and why it might be so ‘hindered’ (the ‘prince of the power of the air again, perhaps? =).

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting an online friend before yeeeaaarrrss ago. She lived in the south, but was making a trip to San Diego, so I drove the 2 hours down to visit with her and her fam. In the last year I’ve built a good relationship with someone that organizes a swap with me. Her daughter lives relatively close, so whenever she’s out (which is every few months) we get together to plan and scheme in person
I love it! I’m just now building twitter and rebuilding blogging friendships. I’m excited to see who I will meet and bond with.

Jon Mark, it is going to be a blast to record with Mandy. I’ve worked on a bunch of stuff lately, but I haven’t worked on any of my own stuff, so I can’t wait to do that again.

I haven’t. I’ve wanted to and almost did last year. However, things just did not work out.
