    Makes glad I’m two things:

    1. Hard-of-hearing.

    2. Too smart to watch TV.

Ok, dude… THAT was freaking hilarious.

The patience of the mother that actually consoled her instead of laughing at her… she deserves an award. That’s a mom, man. Mine would have disowned me. :)

That was freakin hilarious! Makes me glad that American Idol was not around when I was a teenage girl, although I doubt I would have had that dramatic of ending!

  12. Brandy November 20, 2008 at 9:59 am #

omgosh. that is incredibly excruciating to watch. Those girls are going to be SO embarrassed in a few years. Wow. Seriously?! SERIOUSLY?! What would have been even funnier than that video would have been a video of my facial expressions while watching that. My face hurts.

I’m crying too…FROM LAUGHTER!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, so I’ll just bet they were all hoping that Sanjaya would win last year which would explain why the camera was set up for this year’s AI finale! TOO FUNNY!

Is it bad that I can barely catch my breath to type this…?? ROFL!!!! I think that was one of the funniest things I’ve seen in a really long time. Man I hope that is not my daughter in a few years… I already have a hard time keeping a straight face during her moments of “almost 5 y/o” drama. YIKES!

I think you are trying to change your blogging tactics and this is a shameless attempt to attract some of Tam’s loyal following over to you.

Sick. Just sick. You should be ashamed! :-)

I’m down to only 2 out of 3 daughters left in the teen years. Fortunately, they never got into American Idol…did I mention I went to the midnight showing of Twilight last night???

Bad, Your on to me! :)

Hey, how was Twilight? I actually am interested in seeing that flick.

  23. badguy November 21, 2008 at 12:08 pm #

Well…it’s definitely a chick flick. Not your typical vampire movie – yet in some ways it was. No. No it wasn’t. Give me Dracula any day of the week over this. The girl’s will love it or hate it based on how much they care about sticking to the storyline in the book.

I’m not emotionally attached to the story, so I thought the movie was lame; the acting was very limited – not sure if they were trying to be “moody” but it came across as poor acting. Not so much plot/character development – I guess they assume you’ve read the book already. Give me ‘Lost Boys’ any day of the week.

Bonus: The Harry Potter trailer is premiered with the Twilight showing.

Now it was HILARIOUS but I will admit….When David Cook won I was ECSTATIC. I was so obsessed and now I’m already over it! I think the reason why I was so stupidly excited is because I did expect Archie to win. So I was like… :O

NO I would not have cried if David Cook lost. And I did not waste my money to make myself a David Cook shirt. They definitely loved Archie more than I liked David Cook [maybe]. But I’m still as big of a loser as they are. Haha.
